But here's the thing about a bluebell wood: somebody still has to know the path through it. Where the light hits. When to slow down and soak in a moment, and when to gently keep things moving. The wood isn't staged. It's just that someone who genuinely loves it knows it really, really well.
That someone is me. And I'm not a stranger in a headset or a vendor you met twice before the big day. I'm the friend who shows up already knowing your timeline, your people, and with a bottle of water. I just also happen to be holding a clipboard.
The warmth and the rigor? They come as a set. I'll hug you when you walk down that aisle, and I'll have already confirmed your florist's arrival window (twice) before you even thought to ask. That's what this is. That's Bluebell Day Co.

Main Bouquet
One on-site wedding coordinator, plus an assistant
Up to eight (8) hours of on-site management
Your personal folder on Bluebell’s private drive to store all documents
Rental contract management
Creation of timeline and schedule
Vendor confirmation two (2) weeks before wedding
Two (2) virtual/phone meetings with us (does not include a vendor meeting)
Follow-up on all deliveries to ensure they are on time
Oversight of all timeline items

Grand Bouquet (Main Bouquet included)
One on-site wedding coordinator, plus two (2) assistants
Three (3) virtual/phone meetings with us (does not include a vendor meeting)
Available to bridal party(s) when getting ready, and ensure everyone knows their roles, cues, etc.
Ensure marriage license and rings are present for the ceremony
Provision of a wedding day emergency kit for your keeping

Wedding rehearsal management (processional, recessional, and dinner)
Attendance at the final walkthrough meeting at the venue with the caterer
